On May 27th, the ceremony was held to commemorate the first shipment of pipe spools for the Goseong Natural Gas Combined Cycle Power Plant Project attended by executives and employees from Hyundai Engineering and our company.This project is a significant result of the successful expansion of the partnership to the Pipes Spool field based on the solid results of the Pipes Support cooperation.Attendees pledged to successfully execute the construction project in front of the first shipment and reaffirmed their commitment to mutual growth and cooperation.

 We received the "Strategic Partner Award" from Siemens Energy.Since our first contract in 2003, we have been selected as a strategically important partner in recognition of its long-term partnership and project execution capabilities,which means the results of trust and cooperation between the two companies.We will continue doing our best to improve customer satisfaction and quality.

 Shin Hanul 3 and 4 nuclear power plants are a project to build two 1,400MW nuclear power plants from 2023 to 2033.Following a contract for pipe support (safety grade and general grade), SEONGHWA received an order from the client,Korea Hydro & Nuclear Power Co., Ltd., for Prefabricated piping (14" or larger (P202B)) for Shin Hanul Units 3 & 4.To ensure the successful completion of the project, a business commencement meeting was held with a total of three companies,including SEONGHWA, Korea Hydro & Nuclear Power Co., Ltd., and Korea Electric Power Technology Co., Ltd., in attendance.This project is expected to further strengthen our nuclear Prefabricated piping technology and execution capabilities,and serve as a significant opportunity for further growth and advancement.

 SEONGHWA is proud to announce that it was selected as a "2026 Exemplary Local Taxpayer" and received a plaque of appreciation from the Mayor of Jinju on the 10th.The Exemplary Taxpayer Award ceremony is a meaningful event established to foster a culture of responsible tax payment.SEONGHWA received this honor in recognition of its contribution to the financial growth of Jinju City, having faithfully paid over 100 million KRW in local taxes last year.Moving forward, as a company dedicated to growing alongside its local community,SEONGHWA will continue to do its utmost to contribute to regional development and the enhancement of citizens' welfare.

On February 3, 2026, executives and managers gathered for a meaningful Time Capsule Sealing Ceremony at the "Forest of Wisdom,"a space that has been cultivated within the company over the past three years.The "Forest of Wisdom" is a place where our company’s values and philosophy, along with the deep reflections of our members, have been steadily accumulating.This ceremony served as a symbolic ritual to connect our shared history with the future, carefully sealing today’s thoughts and resolutions to be passed on to the next generation.The time capsule is scheduled to be reopened in 2043, marking the company’s 60th anniversary.The records of our current members will serve as messages from the past,becoming an invaluable milestone for future members to reflect on the path we have walked and the direction in which we will move forward.

SEONGHWA has been selected for “The First Step Program for Exporting Small and Medium-sized Nuclear Power Plant Businesses", organized by the Ministry of Trade, Industry and Energy and operated by the Korea Nuclear Industry Association.Through this program, by participating in customized consulting and various support projects for the entire export process, it will accelerate its entry into major global nuclear power plant markets.Through continuous capacity building and strategic export activities, we will increase our competitiveness in the global nuclear power plant market.We sincerely appreciate your continued interest and support.

At the "Global Nuclear Energy & Safety Confex 2024(NES 2024)" held at the Hwabaek International Convention Center in Gyeongju, South Korea on December 4, SEONGHWA won the Export Excellent Award in recognition of its contribution to the development of the domestic nuclear industryby successfully entering overseas markets based on its excellent technology to manufacture nuclear auxiliary devices such as nuclear pipe supports.

We have been selected as an excellent partner for Babcock-Riley Power in the United States in 2023.This was recognized for the successful performance of the Ruttenberg 3&4 project (Modules/Skids, Prefabricated Piping, and Pipe Hangers & Supports) last year,and was honored with the Supplier of the Year award following 2022.A BRPI official thanked us for our cooperation at the ceremony and said that we also look forward to the success of future projects.

 At the 10th "2024 Korea Nuclear Industry Exhibition held at Changwon Convention Center on October 29,SEONGHWA received a commendation from the Governor of Gyeongnam Province for contributing to the development of the domestic nuclear industry through localization of nuclear piping support and entry into overseas markets.
