Modules & Skids are manufactured and delivered in units for plant construction sites to shorten construction period, prevent safety accidents, and reduce costs.
Depending on the scope of work requested by the customer, it is a single block which is primarily installed with the equipments such as heat exchangers and pumps on a structural steel beam frame. It includes not only pipe hangers & supports and prefabricated piping manufactured by SEONGHWA but also valves, insulation, electrical instrumentation, etc.
The diversity of parts and their complicated shapes require advanced manufacturing technologies to avoid serious issues that may rise from inaccuracies during the onsite assembly of Modules & Skids.
