Prefabricated PipingPrefabricated Piping

Prefabricated piping refers to piping products manufactured in a shop by connecting pipes and fittings (such as elbows, tees, reducers, bosses, etc.) according to the project specifications and customer requests. This process minimizes installation at the construction site and reduces both the construction period and costs.
In power plants, petrochemical complexes, LNG terminals, and offshore plants, prefabrecaited piping serves as the pathways for fluid flow. These systems must withstand high temperatures and pressures, highlighting the importance of welding. To align with the construction schedules of plant sites and manage complex-shaped products, it's essential to thoroughly oversee all processes. This includes material procurement, delivery scheduling, welding, inspection, painting, packaging, transportation, and delivery.
