Administration
Comprising Human Resources & General Affairs, Safety Management, and Public Works, we support various
aspects of management to ensure that employees understand the company's vision and mid-to long-term
strategies facilitating mutual growth.
In addtion to human resource management, Human Resources & General Affairs enhance employee welfare and
strengthen core competencies through education, manage assets, and support external cooperation.
Safety Management conducts regular inspections and improvement activities to prevent accidents in health,
safety, environmental, and fire safety and create a safe working environment.
Public Affairs team maintains and improves manufacturing equipment for smooth production activities,
introduces optimized new equipment, and conducts technical reviews.
Purchasing
We purchase all necessary raw materials, goods, and services at the best quality and price
to enhance the competitiveness and smooth execution of projects, ensuring timely supply. To enable
competitive purchasing activities, we explore new domestic and international suppliers, manage existing
partners, and improve systems to ensure fair and transparent bidding and purchasing processes. Additionally,
we collect and analyze market and material information, and perform tasks related to strengthening
competitiveness through Supply Chain Management and creating an Approved Vendor List.
Project Management
For the successful execution of projects, we monitor schedules, manage budgets, and supervise
all project processes across all areas including contracting, design, purchasing, quality, production,
shipping, and managing them to achieve the final goals.
We coordinate tasks among internal departments, customers, and partners to ensure smooth project
execution and act as a communication channel with customers.
We conduct design reviews, technical and schedule discussions, propose alternatives and solutions,
and work to maximize the economic and technical completion of projects.
Production
According to project plans, we plan the entire production schedule and supply products of the
highest quality in a timely manner.
Based on the production plan, we enable optimal production through efficient management of raw
and subsidiary materials, analyze and manage the load in-house processes to improve productivity
& yield and to meet the delivery schedules, and select & provide technical guidance to partner companies.
We also manage and guide subcontractors, maintain and manage production facilities for a safe
and clean shop, and keep all equipment and machinery in optimal condition.
Research & Development
To secure future growth engines, we discover, analyze, and develop new business opportunities
and contribute to achieving company-wide strategies and generating results.
We propose a technology management vision, establish mid-to long-term technology strategies
to improve existing products, solve technical issues, and develop new products and businesses.
We manage and develop design software optimized for project execution, support related departments
internally and externally for the optimization of design software and utilities,
and provide smooth project support through active technical assistance. We also analyze market
trends and provide technical advice through various industry-academia cooperation networks.
Sales
To achieve the company's goals and generate outcomes, we perform sales and marketing activities
on a global stage to maximize project orders.
We identify and analyze changes in domestic and international customer and market environments
to secure opportunities for project participation, establish marketing strategies, maintain ongoing
relationships with existing customers, and develop new customers by providing optimal services and sales activities.
Additionally, we cooperate strategically with relevant departments such as quality, project management,
production, and research and development to improve products and services.
Finance
We prepare reliable financial statements to provide useful management information to internal
and external users supporting rational decision-making in management activities.
We are responsible for the overall management and operation of corporate financial activities
including financing and management, accounting settlement, tax filing, and payment,
FX Risk Hedge, and construction payment guarantee tasks.
Also, we establish financial plans for each business area in response to the diversifying environmental changes,
analyze management performance, and work on operating and improving the accounting system.
Information Systems
We manage all of the company's information resources, establish operational plans, and maintain
availability to provide stable information resource operation services.
We create higher value with the ERP system used by business departments such as purchasing, sales,
project management, production, and quality control, continuously improve and operate for corporate
IT infrastructure optimization, and perform activities to prevent potential security issues
including server and network construction and management.
Quality Control & Assurance
Quality Control establishes a quality management system structure for the successful execution
of projects managing and supervising processes to ensure products and services maintain optimal
quality, preventing defects in products, analyzing and providing feedback on product defects when
they occur, and improving processes to enhance product quality.
Quality Assurance establishes standards and procedures to guarantee the quality required by customers
and performs planned and systematic tasks to stabilize and improve the quality system
ensuring consistent efficiency and quality.
Additionally, we manage and develop existing and new suppliers,
and perform supplier evaluation and approval tasks.
